everything connects.

Everything I do to fill my life exposes me to different ways of problem-solving, making it easier to emphasize and adapt. Whether I'm working on a new project or taking a break, I always return with renewed focus and creativity.

You can find me running around Boston, at the gym, or practicing a skill at my computer. I love collecting LEGO minifigures, making illustrations for my friends and family, and learning new songs on the piano. Weight training, meal prepping, the occasional hike, and discovering new songs and artists (I love EDM) keep me grounded and ready for new challenges.

consistency is a superpower.

By emphasizing potential over constraints, I design resilient, scalable products that are both practical and enjoyable to use. This mindset enables me to tackle each project with clarity and confidence, consistently applying thoughtful design to support long-term success for the product and the team.

staying active

Running around Boston to discover the city and myself

I have a lifelong goal to find out what my body is capable of. Running, weightlifting, walking, and biking are the foundations of everything I do. I've enjoyed exploring the city of Boston over the past two years — here's most of my coverage so far!

wearable technology

Wearable technology has leveled up my fitness and effectiveness as an athlete

This is my Garmin Feenix 7S, my ol' reliable when it comes to wearables and tracking my daily fitness and recovery. This device completely changed my life, giving me insights and data into how my body functions behind the scenes and evolving me into a stronger, faster, and smarter athlete.

sketching

I make birthday cards for important people in my life

In 2025, I made a promise to myself that I would hand-draw and write a birthday card for many of the important people in my life. So far, so good.

These are hand-sketched, penned, and colored pencil drawings done on cardstock. My style is a mix of inspiration from my favorite illustrator of all time, Bill Peet, and the Ligne claire style pioneered by Hergé and his Tintin comics.

collect things

Periodic, minor obsessions keep me engaged and motivated

Call it a primal instinct or call it hoarding — I've always had a natural urge to hold onto things that I like and to collect more of them. One of my favorite things to collect is LEGO minifigures—this is a display I created for my top 30 that I traded for, bought, and owned from childhood.

time with friends

Making time for the most important things in my life

While my goals and aspirations often conflict with the lifestyles of those around me, it's important for me to periodically make sacrifices to stay connected.

My roommates and I play a lot of Catan. I also like other board games, but Catan is a competitive comfort pick. I've gotten pretty good (if the number rolls are in my favor).

finding new music

Music is the language of the soul

I love listening to it, playing it (I play the piano), and sharing it. My tastes and preferences span across many genres, decades, and energy levels, but they all have something in common: they make me feel something.

Here are a few songs I've been bumping recently. I can't make any promises that I'll update this regularly but here's to hoping.
